Comparative analysis of the SolWat photovoltaic performance regarding different PV technologies and hydraulic retention times

چکیده
SolWat is a hybrid photovoltaic (PV) and photochemical technology, which integrating PV module water disinfection reactor on top of it, was developed to meet the needs safe drinking-water electricity in developing countries. This paper assessed effects electrical performance integrated into system regarding different hydraulic retention times (HRT) technologies. With this aim, several tests were conducted outdoors under natural climatic conditions. Results showed that while no clear benefits observed from reduced HRT both monocrystalline multicrystalline technologies, final energy output a-Si thin film panels benefited cooling effect its front surface being able produce even more than single panel when working at shorter HRT. In addition, temperature always lower shorter; efficiency diffuse light conditions created by better technologies; black enhanced absorption far infrared heat favouring higher temperatures thus rates. conclusion, technology most suitable be systems comparing with
